8 Lessons to Accelerate Your Dreams

Hello Artists,

I am so excited to share this Deep Diver’s class with you today.

If you’re a part of the Artist Morning community or have been following me for a few years, you’ll know that I am sort of obsessed with dreaming. I’ve spent 1000’s of hours working with people on the topic, including:

• My HEARTshots photography process, where we dive deep for hours on the topic of their dreams—before I even take out my camera.

• I’ve taught workshops on dreaming, including a 12-week intensive series for dream development, and the Cosmic Hang experiences at my loft (co-facilitated with my partner, Lil).

• I have several guided meditation experiences on the topic. It’s a common theme in both Artist Morning meditations as well as the Artist Morning lounge conversations.

For me, dreaming is the bridge between the spiritual realm and the physical realm. Therefore, there aren't very many things that have more meaning to me than the practice of dreaming.

And it's exactly that—a practice.

I think many people fail to realize that dreaming is a skill. And just like any other skill, you can do specific things to get way better at dreaming.

So, with today's Deep Diver’s class I'm going to share some of the specific things that I do on a regular basis that accelerate my ability to bring dreams from the spiritual realm into this physical realm.
