Revenue is great. Building a community is great. But in my opinion, nothing is better than having a platform that allows for your most clear, most honest and deepest self-expression.
For me, I am really loving the format of recording my voice; it feels like a deeper and more honest flow. Because when I’m expressing myself through audio transmissions, it feels like the divine energy of the Universe channelling through me.
It feels like I am dancing with God.
I think this is why my meditation content has been so successful. And that’s why today’s post is an audio journey. It’s almost like a short solo podcast.
The topic is Dancing with God: How to Unlock Your Divine Flow
Have a listen and let me know what you think.
Big love,

This Week’s Journaling Prompt
This week, use your journal to explore where in the past you felt the greatest state of flow or “dancing with God.”
In what form of expression do you feel the most ease, joy and effectiveness?
Be as specific as possible, and remember: there are no wrong answers. You might be surprised what you find.
If you need help getting started, here are some forms of expression to consider:
When you draw or paint
When you take photos
When you make videos
When you podcast
When you write (e.g. poetry, blogging)
When you build or construct things
When you cook
When you garden
When you decorate spaces
When you play with animals
When you interact with children
When you teach a class
When you brainstorm ideas
When you work with people 1-on-1 (e.g. clients, mentorships, coaching)
When you engage in spiritual practices or rituals
When you move your body (e.g. dance, sports, yoga, martial arts)
When you engage in activism (e.g. fundraising, volunteer work)
When you make music (e.g. singing, playing an instrument, making playlists)
When you participate in groups (e.g. men’s groups, group therapy, clubs, communities)
Etc… etc… etc…
God gave you that voice to bring those wonderful thoughts to us. You inspire so much good! Thank you for all that you bring to the table.
Such an exquisite conversation that took my mind and heart to a variety of places - almost dipping my toe into an ocean of love, kindness and grace. These conversations percolate in my soul in an enriching way. With gratitude D
