For the past 2 years I have consistently been most tired on Thursdays.
Every week I find myself exhausted on Thursdays more than any other day, including Fridays.
So for the first time in years, I took Thursday off to work.
I slept in. I book a 90 min deep stretch with my bestie Lilian, who is a legend when it comes to bodywork.
It was soooooooo needed!
I feel like a new man.
I can’t take Thursdays off every week, but I’m exploring maybe starting the day a few hours later than I normally do, which is typically 5:00am.
As I get older, I am realizing how crucial rest is to my creativity and my life.
I’m curious if anyone else feels most exhausted on Thursdays, or if that’s just me.
