Today I started 10 weeks of breathwork.
15-minutes in the morning and 15-minutes right before bed.
Me and a small group of awesome humans are reading The Presence Process together.
Halfway through the book, the author Michael Brown invites the reader to integrate the lessons in a much deeper manner, by pairing it with conscious connected breathwork.
I am sure in the next 10 weeks I will have a lot more to say on the topic.
According to Michael Brown, this work is known to bring up a lot of “uncharged emotions” from your childhood, with the intention of finally releasing the charge in a healthy and integrated manner.
