DAY 162 - Our First Trip Together

Wish us luck!

Sometimes I am so focussed on moving forward that I forget to slow down and celebrate how far I’ve come. It was a dream of mine to use my photography skills to travel the world and meet super cool humans.

It was also a dream to be able to travel with my partner.

I am writing this from the airport with my sweetheart Oriana sitting next to me, cuddling up on my arm, as we are waiting to board the plane for our first trip together.

We are going to Vancouver for a week of awesome photoshoots, followed by 4 days in the magical Salt Springs Island.

As I slow down and take in this moment, I can feel so much gratitude in my heart for how far I've come as an artist and photographer.

Life is so full of surprises. Beautiful, amazing, take-your-breath-away surprises. You just need to keep believing and keep your heart open to them.
