This is Lou.

He’s truly wonderful.

I’ve first met Lou when he invited me to be a guest on his podcast.

Right after the podcast Lou invited me into a really amazing mastermind with 3 other awesome Insight Timer teachers.

A few weeks later Lou joined a business mastermind which I’ve been a member of since 2019 called Synergy.

This week we had our annual in-person mastermind event in Toronto and I got to finally meet Lou in real life.

I am happy to report back that Lou is even more awesome in real life.
