Such a captivating and inspiring story that was recently adapted into a Netflix series.
I highly recommend this wonderful series.
Check out the promo video above for the Netflix series that shows the behind the scenes story of how they cast the lead character. The actor who got the role had never acted in any film before. In fact this was not only her first film but her first ever audition too.
She’s also actually blind in real life, which makes the story even more inspiring for me.
