This is my dear friend Adil.

He’s had a massive impact on my life.

With today’s post, I want to share 3 stories about Adil, including 3 lessons on love that have forever changed my life.

And since Substack is so awesome, I decided to share these stories through a 3-part multimedia experience.

Today, before even writing this post, I started by looking through the photos Adil and I have taken over the years.

When I look at these photos, I see depth.

I see joy.

I see love and play.

I see kindness, vibrance, expansiveness and growth.

I feel God’s channel strongest when I have a mic and headphones and nothing else. It feels so much stronger and clearer than video or even writing.

I connected with the impact Adil has had on my life, listened to the Artist’s Prayer, and shared the things in my consciousness and my energy that stood out.
